I designed my first wedding almost 20 years ago and have continued to design off and on since. There are so many incredible designers in the Kentucky area who would do an incredible job providing florals for your wedding. I am one option of many and find that the following client characteristics work well for my style and process:

• OPEN to whatever flowers are consistent with what is in season (that means no peonies in September! No Dahlias in the spring!)

• TRUST me to bring a beautiful floral vision to life. I’ve got this.

• SIMPLE- do not require multiple installs or over the top designs- I want you to want that, it’s just beyond what I can provide at this time.

• CARE about local flowers, sustainability, and low waste. As a flower farmer and designer, I use as many local flowers as is physically possible and prioritize sustainable design practices.

• LOVE flowers!! They are more than a check box to check.

• LOW MAINTENANCE- no onsite set up required (ok, sometimes I can be talked into this but I prefer not to…but yeah I am a push over)
